Diesel Direct announced the acquisition of all assets of Pure Energy.  The strategic purchase includes all mobile fueling customers, a full portfolio of biodiesel products, and Pure Energy’s sustainable energy intellectual property.  In addition, all full-time employees, including the owner of Pure Energy, have joined Diesel Direct.

Diesel Direct will utilize its recent growth and this acquisition to reorganize and strengthen its current sustainable energy portfolio,” the company said. With the addition of Pure Energy’s Intellectual Property and suite of renewable energy products, Diesel Direct said it will unveil its new portfolio of services and products under the name of Pure Energy by Diesel Direct, which will include renewable fuels, bio fuels, and emissions reducing products.
