Brad Klepper
Brad Klepper joined Drivers Legal Plan in 2008 where he practices transportation law, specifically the representation of CDL drivers and carriers, in courts across the country. With the advent of CSA, his legal practice has grown to include representing drivers and carriers with the FMCSA through DataQs challenges.
Prior to joining Drivers Legal Plan, Klepper practiced transactional, business defense litigation and intellectual property law at the largest law firm in Oklahoma. His multi-faceted legal background also includes serving as an Administrative Law Judge and as General Counsel to the Oklahoma Board of Architects, Landscape Architects and Interior Designers.
The author of numerous articles and a speaker on topics ranging from copyright infringement to litigation positioning, Klepper graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Oklahoma City University School of Law, receiving four separate American Jurisprudence awards for academic excellence. A licensed architect, he holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Oklahoma.
Klepper is also active with several charities, including the Oklahoma City chapter of Rebuilding Together, a national organization providing free home repair to low-income, elderly homeowners, and at charitable organizations focusing on higher education and non-profit services.
