C.H. Robinson’s board of directors has appointed Dave Bozeman as CEO and to the board effective June 26. Scott Anderson, who has been serving as Interim CEO since January 2023, will continue in his role until Bozeman joins the company. Anderson will continue to be a board member.
Bozeman most recently served as VP of Ford’s customer service and enthusiast vehicles divisions. Prior to joining Ford, Bozemen worked as VP of Amazon Transportation Services. Before Amazon, he was senior VP of enterprise systems at Caterpillar, where he led the manufacturing for the company’s mining products.
“Following a comprehensive and thoughtful search process, we are thrilled to name Dave as CEO of C.H. Robinson,” said Jodee Kozlak, chair of C.H. Robinson’s board. “Dave is a seasoned executive who has a strong track record of reinventing complex operating models with industry-wide impact, proven expertise in global supply chain and logistics management through various economic cycles, and extensive experience leading high-performing teams and cultures to drive results.”

Samsara appoints Caimi as worldwide field operations president
Telematics provider Samsara has appointed Lara Caimi as president of worldwide field operations.
Caimi brings with her nearly 25 years of experience in the industry. She joins Samsara from ServiceNow, where she served as chief customer and partner officer. Before that, was ServiceNow’s chief strategy officer where she helped chart the growth strategy from about $1.5 billion in revenue to the current $7.5 billion, according to a Samsara press release. Before joining ServiceNow, Lara was a partner at Bain & Co., where she advised technology companies.

Merchants Fleet appoints Hoffman as CFO, SVP
Fleet management company Merchants Fleet has hired Kirk Hoffman as the company's CFO and senior VP.

Hoffman’s career spans over 20 years, most recently at BNP Paribas as managing director and head of capital goods and fleet coverage.
