Heil Environmental Industries has named Buck Buchanan director of key accounts. He is responsible for Heil’s direction for acquiring and maintaining business from national and regional haulers, as well as other accounts. Buchanan joined Heil in July 2001 as account manager for Allied Waste Industries Inc. After six months he was named account manager for Republic Services, a position he held until becoming director of key accounts.
