The Boler Co. has appointed Joseph Ross president of Hendrickson International, the company's principal operating division, replacing Mark Schwabero, who recently resigned.
Ross has been with Hendrickson for almost 15 years and has played an important role in the growth and profitability of the business, said Boler founder and chairman John M. Boler.

"His knowledge of the company, its products, its customers and its culture will prove invaluable as we continue our recovery from the recession in our primary markets," Boler said.

Prior to his tenure with Hendrickson, Ross held positions with Gould Inc., Warner Electric Brake and Clutch Company and Applied Power Inc.
