Roadway receives 13th-straight NASSTRAC honor

The National Small Shipments Traffic Conference (NASSTRAC) has honored Roadway Express Inc. as the 2002 LTL Nationwide Carrier of the Year. It is the 13th consecutive year that Roadway has received the honor, and the 14th time in 16 years. The National Small Shipments Traffic Conference (NASSTRAC) has honored Roadway Express Inc. as the 2002 LTL Nationwide Carrier of the Year. It is the 13th consecutive year that Roadway has received the honor, and the 14th time in 16 years.

The voting members of NASSTRAC evaluate carrier performance in a variety of areas, including innovation, industry leadership, rating and billing, e-commerce, service performance, support of NASSTRAC's objectives, loss and damage prevention and technology.

"Each time we win the NASSTRAC award we're gratified that our performance is meaningful to our NASSTRAC customers," said Roadway president & COO Jim Staley.
