Autocar LLC today introduced aweb-based warranty system that provides its dealer network with the ability to increase the speed and accuracy of the entire warranty claim process.
The system was developed to give Autocar customers the best service response in the industry and will be used by both full service and part-s and service-only dealers.
Autocar said the system uses easy and convenient Windows-based drop down menus to automatically query the user about the necessary claim information. In addition to claim submission, the system provides dealers with service repair operation numbers and standard repair times.
