Navistar promotes two

Terry M. Endsley has been named vp and treasurer of both Navistar International Corp. and its operating company, International Truck and Engine Corp. Endsley succeeds Thomas M. Hough, who was named to the newly created position of vp strategic initiatives. Both will report directly to Robert C. Lannert, vice chairman and CFO. Endsley succeeds Thomas M. Hough, who was named to the newly created position of vp strategic initiatives. Both will report directly to Robert C. Lannert, vice chairman and CFO.

Hough had been vp and treasurer of Navistar and its operating company since October 1992. Endsley had been assistant treasurer of Navistar International Corp. since 1997.
