Fleet management software provider Maximus has been awarded a contract by the State of Oklahoma for its FleetFocus solution.
The state has a fleet comprised of more than 7,900 units. According to Maximus, FleetFocus will help technicians increase efficiency and cost savings through improved warranty tracking, real-time reporting, key performance indicators, parts management and equipment utilization.
“The web-based technology and ability to run up-to-the-minute reports will help us achieve incredible efficiency while the bar coding of all the inventory will improve parts management and help us better manage costs,” said David Murdock, fleet administrator for Oklahoma’s Dept. of Central Services, Fleet Management Division. “We fully anticipate a return on our FleetFocus investment in one year.”
Maximus has contracts with 24 states in the U.S. and its software is utilized by more than 120 cities across the U.S. and Canada.
