Truck maker Peterbilt Motors Co. has released a new series of high quality DuPont Imron paint colors for its trucks and tractors including many custom choices. The available paint choices include: Imron 5000, Imron 6000, Imron 6000 Pearls and Imron 6000 Metallics. Imron 5000 is a polyurethane enamel with a single-stage application, while Imron 6000, Imron 6000 Pearls and Imron 6000 Metallics are polyurethane
Truck maker Peterbilt Motors Co. has released a new series of high quality DuPont Imron paint colors for its trucks and tractors including many custom choices.

The available paint choices include: Imron 5000, Imron 6000, Imron 6000 Pearls and Imron 6000 Metallics. Imron 5000 is a polyurethane enamel with a single-stage application, while Imron 6000, Imron 6000 Pearls and Imron 6000 Metallics are polyurethane enamels with dual-stage base-coat/clear-coat application.

All of the available formulations are “environmentally conscious,” according to Peterbilt, with low VOC levels and provide high-tech finishes that help resist harsh over-the-road conditions.
