STG acquires Carrier Logistics to advance AI-driven LTL and last-mile operations
STG recently acquired Carrier Logistics (CLI), a transportation management software (TMS) provider for less-than-truckload (LTL) carriers, to advance development of an AI-agentic platform for terminal-based operations. The investment aims to transform CLI’s system into an AI-native operating model focused on automation and optimization across LTL and last-mile networks.

STG plans to expand CLI’s R&D investment to accelerate AI capability development and transition customers from legacy workflows to an AI-driven terminal environment. Trucker Path and Truckstop.com expand digital freight access across carrier networks
Trucker Path and Truckstop.com recently partnered to expand freight access by integrating Truckstop’s load feed into the TruckLoads digital freight exchange, increasing load availability for carriers and brokers. The integration allows users of TruckLoads to access Truckstop.com freight directly within the mobile app.
“This new partnership that makes the Truckstop load feed available in our TruckLoads app will increase load availability to our users more than tenfold—helping our users find the right loads more easily and helping brokers get their loads covered more easily,” Chris Oliver, CMO at Trucker Path, stated. “It’s a prime example of leading technology providers coming together to benefit drivers, brokers, and shippers.”

TA Dedicated acquires Triangle Warehouse to expand Midwest supply chain network
TA Dedicated, a TFI International company, has acquired Minneapolis-based Triangle Warehouse to expand its transportation and supply chain capabilities and strengthen its Upper Midwest footprint. The deal adds 900,000 sq. ft. of warehousing, along with expanded distribution and cold storage services.
