Jim Parham has joined Transport Capital Partners (TCP) as a managing partner

Jim Parham has joined Transport Capital Partners (TCP) as a managing partner.

Parham has more than 40 years of experience in the transportation industry, including 25 as president of Jim Parham and Associates (JPA), a leading transportation human resource consulting firm.

“Jim’s experience in our industry is unrivaled as is his acumen for finding and placing talented executives,” said Steven Dutro, a managing partner at TCP. “In addition to his unique background in transportation human resources, Jim has assisted with many major mergers and acquisitions throughout his career.”

Prior to founding JP&A, Parham served as vice president of human resources at Watkins Motor Lines.
