Con-way Truckload Services, a division of Con-way Inc., has signed an agreement with Atlas Ergonomics for an ergonomics program to help drivers avoid discomfort and fatigue. The goal is to reduce driver risk of injury both in and out of the tractor. The program will begin to be implemented in December.

“Providing drivers a healthy and attractive work environment through modern ergonomics ensures Con-way will continue to deliver high levels of service and remain an attractive employer,” said John Labrie, president of Con-way Truckload. “It's a good investment. We already provide high quality equipment and will now offer new and current drivers the opportunity for greater physical comfort while at work. By doing so everyone wins.”
