Webinar: Using video in the accident liability process

July 20, 2017
Using Video for Accident Reconstruction, Pre-Litigation and Liability Determination will cover accidents and and best practices for using video.

You’ve received word of a collision and your driver may or may not be at fault. Now what? Learn how the experts use video technology – including ECU, mapping and G-force data – in the accident liability process, including litigation, pre-litigation and accident reconstruction.

Fleet Owner’s free webinar, Using Video for Accident Reconstruction, Pre-Litigation and Liability Determination, will cover useful data points needed for reconstruction, specific examples of accidents and driver exonerations, and best practices for using video to determine liability. Registration is open for the webinar, which will be held on Thursday, July 27, from 2-3 ET/11-noon PT.

Learn how video data changes unfavorable claim factors to favorable, immediately. Shorten your average claims process, increase your percentage of exoneration settlements and, potentially, reduce your claims settlements.

Presenter Angie Leathers has 23 years of experience in the legal field and in her current position as litigation coordinator, Leathers assists Averitt’s general and outside counsel with the defense of its vehicle liability litigation and workers’ compensation.
