Visit any U.S. military base around the world --- in Europe, Asia, Africa, or here at home in America — and you’ll find that the routines of vehicle maintenance stay the same, for the need to change fluids, tighten bolts, and turn wrenches to keep all manner of equipment up and running remains a steady constant.
