F&S acquires pneumatic dry bulk trucking company

Pneumatic dry bulk trucking company KBT, which was founded in 1995, will now operate as a subsidiary of Fraley and Schilling Holdings.

Fraley and Schilling (F&S) has acquired KBT Enterprises Inc., a Fishers, Ind.-based pneumatic dry bulk trucking company. KBT, which was founded in 1995, will operate as a subsidiary of Fraley and Schilling Holdings. This acquisition, which was completed on Dec. 31, 2020, will support the growth of home daily trucking opportunities for many families in the Fraley and Schilling operating area.

We are excited to expand our existing presence in the pneumatic tank market and bring our hallmark Lightweight Advantage to a new part of the industry.” 

Fraley and Schilling Holdings is a trucking, warehousing, and logistics provider based in Rushville, Ind. that specializes in lightweight equipment for hauling heavy products such as metal and building products. Beginning in 1955, F&S utilizes lightweight equipment to move essential goods across the United States and with continued plans to grow with over 750 transportation professionals employed across the U.S., and over 300 in Indiana.
