With Cummins Inc's new QuickServe Online web site, fleet and national account customers now can access the same online system for parts and service information used by Cummins dealers and distributors worldwide.

QuickServe Online's search functions are performed using an engine's serial number. In seconds, QuickServe Online can sort through eight million Cummins engines and a million documents to find accurate, up-to-the-minute parts and service information about an engine, including:

  • Part numbers, diagrams, and supersessions

  • Service bulletin and troubleshooting manuals

  • Operation and maintenance manuals

  • Literature and tool catalogs
