Triple Crown Services Co was recently named top Intermodal Service Provider by Logistics Management & Distribution Report. This is the second consecutive year that Triple Crown earned the top honor in the magazine's “Quest For Quality” customer survey. The award, which recognizes Triple Crown as the number one United States intermodal service provider, was announced in the August 2002 issue of the magazine.

The “Quest For Quality” survey is the largest customer satisfaction study in the transportation/logistics field. More than 3,000 buyers of transportation and third-party transportation services participated in the survey. Service providers were rated in five areas of logistics excellence: on-time performance, value, information technology, customer service, and equipment and operations. A weighted score then was determined based on the relative importance of each of the rated factors.
