Sturgis MI-based Grumman Olson Industries Inc, manufacturer of aluminum walk-in vans and parcel delivery trucks, will add refrigerated truck bodies to its lineup with the purchase of Complete Refrigerated Truck Bodies Inc of Alvaton GA. Complete manufactures light- and heavy-duty refrigerated trucks as well as dry freight vans.

Grumman Olson also will acquire Complete's transportation company, Cawley Transportation, which will change its name to GO Transportation. Grumman Olson plans to incorporate Complete's refrigerated trucks into its current sites in Sturgis, Montgomery PA, and Tulare CA, and maintain operations in Alvaton as a Grumman Olson site. The Alvaton plant will integrate Grumman Olson's cutaway body and expand the volume of dry freight vehicles produced.
