    Smith System, a professional driver training company, has been acquired by David M Boucher and McFadden Brothers, a New York City NY-based investment

    Smith System, a professional driver training company, has been acquired by David M Boucher and McFadden Brothers, a New York City NY-based investment firm. Boucher, who serves as chairman of McFadden Brothers' other operating companies that include Cryogenic Transportation and Easton Coach Co, will also be chairman of Smith System.

    Purchased from CNA Financial Corp, Smith System will continue its operations at its headquarters in Arlington TX. Its management team will be led by Tony Douglas, who will serve as president and chief executive officer.
