Eaton Corp has opened the Eaton Logistics Center in Indianapolis IN for its Truck Components business unit.

This facility provides a central location for collection, warehousing, and shipment of Eaton Fuller heavy-duty transmissions and aftermarket parts. It will also provide a central receiving point for parts and components from Eaton suppliers, where they will be redistributed to Eaton's three heavy-duty transmission manufacturing plants in North America.

The logistics center began operations in September 2002 and is now in full operation, with 140,000 square feet of capacity.
