Cold storage provider expects to open its third Ti-built temperature-controlled facility in 2025 in West Seneca, just outside Buffalo.
Ti Cold and Agile Cold Storage are collaborating on their third project: A new cold storage facility is West Seneca, New York, just outside Buffalo.
The first Ti-constructed Agile facility in Macon, Georgia, was completed earlier this year. The partners’ second facility project in Pearl River, Louisiana, commenced in June.
Ti expects the West Seneca facility to be up and running in 2025.
“We are thrilled to work with our good friends at Agile on a third project,” Sam Tippmann, Ti president, said in a news release. “We have loved seeing Agile grow over the past several years and are honored to be a part of their success.”

The new 132,865-sq.-ft. advanced cold storage complex will be in the heart of upstate New York near Buffalo and the Canadian border. The structure will feature 65-ft. clear heights, single very narrow aisles, and a flexible, convertible design that maintains temperatures ranging from 40 degrees Fahrenheit to minus-10 degrees F.
The facility also will incorporate an environmentally friendly, low-charge ammonia system that utilizes natural refrigerants in minimal quantities. Additionally, structural steel pallet racks will accommodate approximately 20,000 pallet positions.
