UPS recently completed the acquisition of Andlauer Healthcare Group (AHG), a North American supply chain management company specializing in health care logistics. The company, which provides integrated logistics solutions in over 200 countries, will leverage AHG’s network to improve transit times, visibility, and quality for temperature-sensitive health care shipments.
The acquisition expands UPS Healthcare’s footprint in Canada and strengthens its specialized cold chain services for pharmaceuticals, vaccines, and other therapies. By integrating AHG’s facilities, vehicles, and operational expertise, UPS can offer more reliable, temperature-controlled solutions and support faster, safer delivery of sensitive medical products.
