Reinhart Foodservice to acquire Southern Foods

Reinhart Foodservice LLC has entered into an agreement to acquire substantially all of the assets of Southern Foods Inc, a broadline distributor serving nearly 1,200 accounts in the Kentucky area, as well as parts of Tennessee and Indiana. The transaction is expected to close before the end of July 2013.
