TMW Systems has acquired 100% of the outstanding shares of privately held BetaZone Inc, including its wholly owned subsidiary, Innovative Computing Corporation (ICC).
The acquisition of ICC, with its offices in Brentwood TN and Oklahoma City OK, strengthens TMW’s presence in the transportation industry as a provider of enterprise software for large and mid-range firms, both asset and non-asset-based. Terms of the transaction were not made public.

“The Innovative name is well-respected and their systems power the operations of many successful carriers across North America,” he said. “We already serve many customers jointly with ICC through our integrated products such as TMT Fleet Maintenance software, IDSC ExpertFuel, IDSC MatchAdvice, and IDSC Netwise. We will continue to sell, support, and develop the ICC product line to protect our customer’s technology and platform investments.”
Many of the products from both firms are already integrated, with hundreds of installations. ICC customers will now have greater access to a set of business productivity and maintenance and optimization technologies, as well as the greater R&D and support resources of a larger organization. TMW customers on the System i platform, including TL2000 and TMT Fleet Maintenance, will also benefit from expanded development resources and shared best practices with the ICC team. TMW’s Lifetime Support Policy for enterprise software products will be extended to all active clients running currently supported ICC software.
