Stevens Transport has installed Maptuit Corp's FleetNav Alert, which will enable its driver managers to see the location of each truck on a map, establish if the driver is taking the least-cost route, and determine if the load will arrive on time.

Based in Dallas TX, Stevens Transport operates almost 1,700 power units.

Using pre-defined parameters, FleetNav Alert issues real-time alerts when trucks leave their assigned routes, enabling fleets to control delivery performance and costs better. Flexible reporting tools enable fleet managers to track driver performance and tell where corrective action is needed.

FleetNav is a subscription-based system. The software resides on a Maptuit server and is accessed over the Internet. FleetNav integrates with all leading fleet management and mobile communications systems.
