Zoneworks has introduced a new customer-inspired product, the Wind-Block Curtain.
Designed to keep employees comfortable and safe when loading dock doors are opened, the Wind-Block Curtain is easily installed in distribution centers, manufacturing plants, warehouses, and other facilities where loading docks are in close proximity to work areas.
The modular panel Wind-Block Curtain acts as a barrier to separate open dock areas from production lines or other worker zones. This prevents cold winds from reaching employees, helping maintain maximum worker comfort, safety, and productivity.
Zoneworks’ strong-yet-flexible wind-block curtains can be configured with a series of sliding or stationary, insulated or non-insulated panels. Like all of Zoneworks’ curtain wall products, the wind-block curtains are custom-engineered to ensure a proper fit around corners and any obstructions. The Wind-Block Curtain hangs from the ceiling using threaded rod, and it slides open and closed on a sturdy track and trolley system It includes galvanized drop pins and floor sockets for stability in high winds. Made of flame-retardant vinyl-coated polyester, the curtain is available in multiple colors.
