The Cleveland-area facility, which became operational in January 2012, lifts the company’s total warehousing capacity to more than 200,000 square feet nationally. In addition to Cleveland, Excellence Industries also operates facilities in Florida, Tennessee, and Nevada. This distribution network offers faster delivery times and greater freight savings. The Cleveland facility was selected because it is centrally located between the Midwest and Northeast corridor.
Tampa FL-based Excellence Industries specializes in developing custom systems for the food, beverage, spirits, and foodservice industries including innovation, logistics, distribution, leasing, national service dispatch, and recycling. It is also a provider of decommissioning and recycling of refrigeration fleets. The company uses a three-step practice that exceeds US Environmental Protection Agency standards while providing savings and security to large food companies that are forced to retire older refrigeration assets.
