Ultimate Holdings Corporation (UHC), which provides lease-to-own opportunities for over-the-road truckers, says it is expanding its fleet, adding two new tractors in September and ordering three new 53-foot refrigerated trailers for delivery in October.
The company now has 85 newer-model tractors and more than 100 current-model reefer trailers.
UHC also reports adding four new drivers in September, with the goal of onboarding more than 100 drivers by the end of 2021; and says its Ultimate Logistics subsidiary posted a record-breaking September, exceeding $2 million in the company’s highest gross revenue month since its 2013 inception.
“To the best of our knowledge, we are the only company in the U.S. who does what we do,” said Gregory Cardenalli, president of UHC. “The company truly cares about their drivers and everyone who is a part of the Ultimate team.
“We treat everyone with the dignity and respect they deserve.”
UHC, which bills itself as a “one-of-a-kind, one-stop shop” that also pays close attention to the needs of its owner-operators, acquired Boise ID-based Ultimate Logistics and Ultimate Innovations this past summer. As part of the purchase, UHC acquired approximately 80 newer-model tractors and 85 newer-model reefer trailers.
The newly added companies had a combined gross revenue of more than $17.5 million in 2019, UHC said.
