Stoops named new full-line trailer and truck body dealer for Wabash National throughout Ohio, parts of West Virginia

Stoops Freightliner-Quality Trailer is expanding its reach into Ohio and parts of West Virginia.

In January, Stoops was named the new full-line trailer and truck body dealer for Wabash National throughout Ohio, as well as in the majority of counties in West Virginia. Stoops currently serves as a Wabash dealer in Indiana and Wisconsin, and currently has dealership locations in Dayton, Lima and Wapakoneta OH.

Wabash National, based in Lafayette IN, is an industry leader in designing and manufacturing a diverse range of products, including dry freight and refrigerated trailers, platform trailers, liquid tank trailers, as well as dry and refrigerated truck bodies. Products brands include Wabash National, Benson, Brenner Tank, Bulk Tank International, DuraPlate, Extract Technology, Supreme, Transcraft, Walker Engineered Products and Walker Transport.

“This added area of responsibility will align with our current dealership footprint and will allow us to be a one-stop shop for our existing customer base in those areas,” said Mark Hall, general manager for the Stoops’ trailer division. “This new partnership between Stoops and Wabash has been received well in the Ohio and West Virginia markets.

“We have already been able to make connections and secure several orders.”
