The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration has removed the ELD One from its list of registered electronic logging devices for not meeting the agency’s minimum requirements, giving motor carriers and drivers 60 days to replace the revoked device from provider TMS One with a compliant ELD.

Drivers must use paper logs or logging software in lieu of the ELD One and replace the device with one from the registered devices list by April 1, the FMCSA instructed in a press release, or else they will be placed out-of-service in accordance with Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance criteria.
