In celebration of 11 years providing online fleet management tools, GE Capital Solutions Fleet Services has launched its new my.FleetOffice.

Gathering information through design workshops, GE’s Technical Advisory Board designed a product that has more options in an easier-to-use format, GE said. New navigation functions allow customers access to more options through a single-screen layout and provides workflows for everything from ordering to remarketing throughout the U.S., Canada and Mexico.

The program is organized by drivers, vehicles, reports and includes multi-language access.

"We are excited to offer all-new web-based functionality that follows our customers' workflow processes. The new design allows for multiple tasks to be worked on at one time without having to navigate through screens," said Eric Hjerpe, digitization manager, GE Capital Solutions Fleet Services.

Among the recent enhancements are a driver management functionality allowing managers to add drivers without the need to assign a vehicle to that driver; a vehicle configurator allowing managers easy access to manufacturer data and pricing and remarketing online management.
