The dedicated contract carrier Salem Carriers Inc. has moved to the TMWSuite fleet management system from TMW Systems. Operating 600 tractors, Salem Carriers has also decided to use ResultsNow, the system's web-based, real-time performance monitoring application.
An agreement with Iridium Satellite will add satellite-based wireless data communications to Quake Global's vehicle tracking and monitoring terminals. Iridium has a low-earth orbit (LEO) network of satellites that offer complete global coverage.
