Trucker Path for Brokerages: Empowering small to mid-size brokers with advanced dispatch and tracking capabilities

Trucker Path recently announced Trucker Path for Brokerages, a mobile app for North American truckers. Small to midsize freight brokers will be able to dispatch, track, and manage loads more efficiently and effectively with the new offering, which the company claims will enable them to compete more effectively against larger, more resource-rich firms.

“Built for small to midsize brokers, Trucker Path for Brokerages greatly simplifies the process of dispatching, tracking, and managing loads awarded to carriers by freight brokers,” said Chris Oliver, CMO at Trucker Path. “By enabling significantly enhanced visibility into load location and status, it improves productivity and shipper satisfaction and streamlines processes to simplify operations. Trucker Path for Brokerages will help smaller brokers differentiate themselves and compete for carriers and customers like their larger competitors.”

With Trucker Path for Brokerages, small and midsize brokers can streamline their interactions with carriers while improving their productivity and efficiency. By providing their customized version of the Trucker Path app to their carrier network, brokers can dispatch load details directly to drivers and track load progress via an easy-to-use dashboard. Upon completion of deliveries, drivers scan and upload paperwork using the app's document scanner for immediate processing.

“Carriers also benefit from all the productivity tools the Trucker Path app offers the nearly one million North American truckers who already rely on the app regularly for truck-safe navigation, destination entry/exit guidance, real-time parking availability, fuel discounts, and more,” Oliver said. “It helps make life on the road safer, easier, and more productive for drivers while also helping improve recruiting and retention for brokers.”

In addition, Trucker Path helps truck drivers locate safe, convenient parking. Last month, Trucker Path and American Trucking Associations’ Women In Motion announced that more than 100 truck stops have joined their effort to address the concerns of women on the road. A partnership between WIM and Trucker Path was announced last October to help women identify and locate safe and convenient truck stops. The collaboration enabled Trucker Path to add several features to its existing mobile app to identify and locate facilities with specific safety amenities rated highly by women.
