Platform Science, a connected vehicle platform, achieved ISO 27001 certification for its information security management system supporting infrastructure and services used for developing, operating, maintaining, and delivering Platform Science Connected Vehicle and Cloud portal applications within the U.S.

Having third-party validations including the ISO 27001 and other certifications like SOC2 Type 2, for which Platform Science has been certified since 2020, is an important way to demonstrate our recognized best practices around data integrity, availability, and confidentiality.”

ISO 27001 is a globally recognized standard for the establishment and operation of an information security management system. To achieve the certification, a company must show it has a systematic and ongoing approach to managing sensitive company and customer information.
