The Boler Company has signed a definitive agreement to acquire truck and trailer suspension manufacturer Watson and Chalin Manufacturing, Inc. Watson and Chalin will continue under the existing management of Don Watson and Tom Chalin as a standalone company under The Boler Company organization.

Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. announced that its Fuel Max Technology tires and DuraSeal mixed-service tires have been approved for spec'ing on all International trucks. The Fuel Max tires are already standard equipment on the OEM's ProStar tractors.

Kenworth Class 8 tractors equipped with Bendix ADB22X air disc brakes are now available with a lightweight aluminum hub and splined disc rotor package as a front and rear axle option. According to the OEM, the lightweight air disc can save as much as 35 lb. per wheel end.
