Touring Peterbilt's 75th anniversary trailer at the 2014 Mid America Trucking Show

On April 1 this year, Peterbilt Motors Co. is launching a special “75th Anniversary Tour” to provide a retrospective look at its heritage as well as an overview products hints about its future efforts. Peterbilt brought the centerpiece of this year-long tour to Mid America: a custom-built double-expandable 53-foot trailer that provides what the OEM calls an “immersive experience.” The company added that its “mobile exhibition” trailer will be pulled by a special Model 579 Anniversary Edition highway tractor.
