Carrier Logistics (CLI) will host its CLI 2026 User Group Conference October 8–9, 2026, at the Palmer House Hotel in Chicago, Illinois. The company, which provides freight management software for less-than-truckload carriers, said the event is open to both customers and non-customers in the transportation industry.
The conference will focus on helping LTL carriers improve efficiency, profitability, and day-to-day operations through technology and best practices. Programming will include general sessions, breakout discussions, hands-on training, keynote presentations, and networking opportunities.
Attendees will see demonstrations of CLI’s transportation management system (TMS) and participate in interactive labs covering operations and administrative workflows. Exhibitors and sponsors will also showcase tools and services aimed at improving carrier performance and technology adoption.
The keynote presentation will be delivered by Mike Grayson, EVP and chief relationship officer at WWEX Group, who will discuss how data, technology, and changing shipper expectations are reshaping logistics.
Additional sessions include cybersecurity risk insights from Melanie Padron of IT ArchiTeks, focused on real-world threats facing trucking companies, and an industry outlook from Ken Hoexter of BofA Securities, covering capacity, demand, and freight market conditions.
“The theme of the CLI 2026 User Group Conference—Making the Best Even Better—is all about amplifying what already works and accelerating performance across every part of a carrier’s business,” Ben Wiesen, president of CLI, said. “Attendees will see firsthand our next-generation technology and tools and learn best practices for leveraging the industry’s leading LTL platform to drive new levels of efficiency, boost profitability, and deliver a meaningful competitive edge.”
