Designed to help block road and engine noise for truck drivers, a wireless headset for use with Bluetoothenabled cell phones has been developed by VXI Corp.

The BlueParrott Roadwarrior B150-TK wireless headset was engineered specifically to address the challenges faced by truck drivers using cell phones, says Lisa Keslar, VXI's director of marketing. She says a noise-canceling microphone effectively blocks road and engine noise, while an over-the-head position provides comfort and stability as well as durability in the tough truck environment‥

“Not only does the headset give drivers comfort and greater freedom of movement by letting them be completely hands-free, but it also gives them professional-sounding calls free from the distraction of background noise,” she says.

The headset comes with a vehicle charging cord and an AC power adaptor and is backed by a two-year warranty.
