Canadian truck repair network to utilize Mitchell 1 solutions

TruckPro, the largest independent truck and trailer service network in Canada, has chosen Mitchell 1’s suite of online truck repair solutions for diagnostic work inside its centers.

Mitchell 1’s suite of web-based products being utilized by the TruckPro network includes Repair-Connect.net, TruckLabor, Tractor-Trailer.net and Medium-Truck.net. Each solution helps maximize shop productivity by streamlining the diagnostic and repair processes with complete information to fix a problem, delivered in an easy-to-navigate application with 24/7 accessibility, the company explained.

Repair-Connect.net provides detailed diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information. TruckLabor is the a comprehensive labor time estimating solution that provides standardized mechanical labor times for all makes and models of Class 4 through 8 trucks. With Tractor-Trailer.net and Medium-Truck.net, technicians can access repair information including Mitchell 1’s color wiring diagrams, high resolution digital photos of components, connector views and locations, specifications and repair procedures.

TruckPro has more than 96 service centers across Canada, providing a full complement of truck and trailer repair services and preventative maintenance.
