Toyo Tire U.S.A. introduced the M137 steer radial tire, aimed at long-haul, OTR applications, at the Mid-America Trucking Show. Toyo says the M137 has a stiffer belt package and bead construction for improved tire life, as well as improved endurance, fuel consumption and irregular wear resistance.

The tire also features a new tread design for even contact pressure distribution, e-balance technology to reduce strain at the belt, and a 15/32nds deep five-rib design with deep sipes for enhanced water drainage and wet traction.
