Michelin’s X One wide-base single truck tires will now be available at Professional Transportation Partners (PTP) LLC’s 180 member travel plazas, truckstops and shops, Michelin has announced.
The agreement became effective on Sept. 1 and should be complete at all PTP locations by the end of the year, Michelin said, furthering the tire maker’s “wherever you go” initiative.
“We have been doing great business for years with many individual PTP locations,” said Guy Pekle, vp of sales, Michelin Americas Truck Tires. “This agreement allows us to translate the success that we have built with individual truckstops to the entire PTP network across the continent.”
