Modagrafics announced it has hired Jeff Rychlewski as director of installation services. He reports to company president and CEO Paul Pirkle.

Rychlewski is tasked with the responsibility to organize, develop growth and manage the installation department. It is similar in many ways to his project management and production supervisory role with NVR, Ryan Homes, where he worked for the last seven years, Modagrafics noted.

In his new role, Rychlewski said he plans to adopt strategies that allowed him to excel previously. This includes scheduling and supervising installation teams and ensuring that not only specifications for the install are being met, but also that quality of the work surpasses the expectations of customers. To help him achieve these goals he will use Rapidus, an app Modagrafics introduced in 2016 to keep customers in the loop with real-time information on how their project is.

“Ensuring our customers are satisfied with the timeliness and quality of our work will be a priority for the installation department,” explained Rychlewski. “One of the reasons I joined Modagrafics was because of how the staff made me feel. The likeability and professionalism that was displayed by all was unmatched. Another is the advanced technology available, like Rapidus, which we are integrating into every project. The opportunity to grow and develop this department for an innovative company was too hard to pass up.”
