Paccar Parts and Peterbilt Motors Co. recognized its 2009 managers of the year in several categories during the Peterbilt Parts and Service Meeting held recently in Kansas City.

Dan Hartgraves, warranty manager at Utica General Peterbilt in Utica, NY, was honored as the national warranty manager of the year. Rick Tames, parts manager at Peterbilt of Council Bluffs in Council Bluffs, IA, was named national parts manager, and Steve Farrow, service manager at Lookout Mountain Peterbilt – The Pete Store, in Ringgold, CA, was named national service manager of the year.

“These three gentlemen represent the best qualities of Peterbilt and Paccar Parts,” said Darrin Siver, Paccar Parts gm and Paccar vp. “Each manager has earned the respect of associates as well as customers by dedicating themselves and their departments to provide First Class professional service.
