Cast aluminum hubcaps

Federal-Mogul Corp. has added National brand cast aluminum hubcaps to its line of heavy-duty truck and trailer wheel-end products. The hubcaps are being offered in six designs.

Available designs include standard cast aluminum oil caps; standard cast aluminum oil caps with side fill plugs; cast aluminum grease caps; cast aluminum Hubodometer Hubomounting caps; PSI grease caps; and PSI oil caps.

Each National hubcap features Zytel windows that are highly resistant to cracking, clouding and discoloration, so they are compatible with all lubricants, the company reports. The hubcaps also feature National's slit-style vent-plug design to reduce contamination association with conventional pinhole designs.
