DuraBull coating product provides the performance and durability protection needed for heavy-duty vehicle applications
    May 11, 2009

PPG Commercial Coatings has announced that advanced aliphatic polyurea coating technology ensures its DuraBull coating product provides the performance and durability protection needed for heavy-duty vehicle applications.

DuraBull is corrosion-resistant and extremely effective in protecting high-use work areas such as truck beds, trailer floors, running boards, steps and deck lids where non-skid surfaces are critical, PPG said.

"DuraBull is a great addition to our line of protection and anti-corrosion fleet products," says John Lewis, PPG commercial brand manager. "In weatherometer testing, DuraBull outlasted the competition, retaining more than twice the gloss of its nearest competitor at the 586-hour mark. Yet, it's lighter in weight and requires less material and labor to apply."

Among the features of DuraBull are impact and crack resistance, a non-skid surface that helps keep cargo place, and dries to the touch in minutes. It is offered in safety gray and black with tinted color capability. There is also a variety of textured finishes available.
