QT Equipment has released the Lube Trailer, which the company said provides similar services to traditional lube trucks while reducing cost.
According to the company, because the lube equipment is mounted directly on a trailer instead of the chassis, fleets can reduce the cost for a separate lube truck, such as chassis maintenance, fuel, an extra driver and insurance.
The trailer can be pulled by any truck one ton or larger with either a ball or pintle hitch, and can carry items such as work lights, air compressors or fluids.
“We are always trying to help our customers come up with ways to improve their operations,” said Robert Allee, QT gm. “Winter is typically a good time for service managers at heavy equipment dealers and construction companies to scout out new products that will make their service fleets better. Our new Lube Trailer certainly fits the bill.”
