Utah-based Mountain Crane Service, working with a Kenworth T660 supplied by local dealer Kenworth Sales Co.-PacLease, transported “Utah6 and All,” a 9/11 memorial that was constructed from a massive piece of the slurry wall under the former site of the World Trade Center in New York City.

The memorial’s portion of slurry wall, composed of cured concrete, aggregate rock and steel rebar, measures 60 x 62 in., is 48 in. thick, and weighs some 4.5 tons.

The tractor hauled the memorial on a multi-state tour to benefit the American Fallen Warrior Memorial Foundation.  The “Utah6 and All” tour began in Florida on Aug. 3 and reached Utah on Sept. 20, where it spent three weeks crisscrossing the state.  The memorial’s final destination will be the Fort Douglas Military Museum Peace Garden in Salt Lake City, UT, where it will be put on permanent display.
