More user-friendly features, a cleaner design and eye-popping graphics are the stated hallmarks of the newly relaunched website for Toyo Tire U.S.A. Corp. Representing the biggest facelift to date for the company’s online presence, Toyo said its website is redesigned from top-to-bottom, including the use of a new web address: www.toyotires.com.

The goal was to create a user-friendly resource tool for both consumers and dealers searching for premium replacement tires, said Julie Sediq, director of marketing communications for Toyo Tire U.S.A. On the site, the new layout features left-side navigation and a slide-out menu, so users can quickly and easily find the right tires.

The site’s new features also include a “tire finder” to allow customers to quickly determine a proper replacement, either original or plus size, and even a proper inflation pressure for thousands of vehicles, along with a dealer-search function using zip codes or city and state locations, with the option to narrow searches down by dealer name or specific products and services.

Designed and developed by The Garrigan Lyman Group, Toyo’s new site can also be “shared” via a new “share this” feature located on every page. Using it, a person can easily post a link back to a page on sites such as Facebook, Digg, Redditt, MySpace and Twitter, as well as by email.
