The publicly traded company says it delivered 1,077 used trucks in the first quarter of this year, as well as 2,030 new heavy-duty trucks and 1,439 new medium-duty trucks. By comparison, it delivered 1,058 used trucks, 2,299 new heavy-duties and 891 new medium duties in Q1 '06.
Overall, Rush saw Q1 earnings climb 11% over 2006 on a revenue increase 6.7%. In addition to trucks and truck accessories, the company operates a construction equipment dealership in Houston.
